How a Picture Changed My Life

Last summer our son got married, and as a gift for his parents he gave us an awesome picture book of the wedding.

As I flipped through that book, I came upon a picture of me. I was horrified. Did I really look like the person in that picture?!

In that moment, I decided I was not going to look like that. I was ready for a massive change. I changed my eating and nutrition. I changed my exercise routine. I changed my sleep and other healthy habits.

Six months later I am down 50 pounds and liking what I see in the mirror. On days when I’m tempted to make bad decisions about food, skipping a workout, or engaging in other unhealthy habits, I just think about that picture and it’s easy to make a better decision.

What areas of your life would benefit if you looked at a “picture” of your current situation?

  • Your health and fitness
  • Your business
  • Your life
  • Your future

Here are three steps to how these “pictures” can change your life:

  • Step 1 – Create a real or mental picture of your current situation.
  • Step 2 – Ask yourself…do you like what you see…or are you ready for massive change?
  • Step 3 – Implement the actions required to create the change you deserve.
